Thank you for considering MacKillop College to further your daughter’s education. Click on the link below to download the MacKillop College Enrolment Form. The following documents are also required as part of the enrolment process:

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of your daughter’s last NAPLAN results
• Copy of your daughter’s last School Report 

And if applicable:

• Original current Family Court Orders 
• Original Visa or Citizenship documentation if not born in Australia. 
• (These documents will be copied and returned to you)
